A typical session involves placing my hands in various positions on or just above the body from head to toe. You don't have to do a thing! Just close your eyes, relax, breathe, and be. That is it! It is common for a client to get so relaxed that he or she falls asleep, though everyone's experience can be different. Most people can feel any or all of the following:
Warmth From My Hands
Energetic Pulsations
Tingling
Visions of Color or Other
Emotional Release Such As Crying, Laughing, or Both
And More!
I recommend 3 or 4 consecutive sessions to start with so that Reiki can work thoroughly on the mind, body, & soul. However, Reiki begins working in the first session, and if you can not schedule sessions consecutively, just do what works best for you.
Rates:
$30.00 For A Half Hour
$60.00 For An Hour
$25.00 For 15 - 20 Minutes For A Remote Session
If it is too difficult for you to travel, I may be able to come to you. Fees may vary depending on travel time and distance.
If you feel you are unable to afford my rates, we may be able to
make other arrangements. It is very important to me that my services
are affordable to all who need them.
